I saw this truck coming, but I continued pedaling because he appeared to be stopping at the stop sign. At full resolution, you can see that he looked both ways (including directly at me) before rolling through the sign. If I had not braked quickly enough, I would have run into the side of his truck. A good reminder that drivers sometimes "look right through" cyclists, even when we have the right of way.
