Run off the road by heavy lorry

Travelling uphill at around 16 kph, construction lorry pulls out to overtake but then, seeing vehicles coming down the hill towards us, pulls back across to the edge of the road, forcing me to leave the carriageway and stop. Rear view, from Cycliq Fly6; see also front video.
