Typical Lancashire close pass at a typical location- uphill, left hand bend, offending driver suddenly sees oncoming vehicle and decides to come much closer to the soft-bodied cyclist than the steel vehicle. This is unusual for a Honda driver! He's closer to me than to the lane dividing marker. This would be ignored by Lancashire Constabulary, and I already have worse examples so ignored at this spot- see the Sainsbury's 44 tonner. Time on the video is GMT
