I didn’t see you

Saw vehicle approaching Give Way sign, as usual, anticipated that I would be invisible to the driver ( I wish I knew how I did that), so managed to swerve and avoid the collision that would definitely occurred. All I got was "I didn't see you". Plenty of daylight, flashing LED on the front of my bike, go figure!.
