Cheap car honks coming up behind our early morning group on holiday morning at 8am. No on-coming traffic, just a petty person making a petty point while we were legally allowed 2-abreast and were mostly single-file. Car passes front rider by 6-inches, which even with the ambiguous NYS laws is illegally "unsafe".
