I was riding in a westerly direction on Torrens Valley Rd, Gumeracha. I heard and was notified by my Garmin radar of a vehicle approaching from behind. I was travelling about 21 km/h, waiting for fellow riders to catch up. The ute, registration S071CNU, passed me within one metre. The Garmin radar has logged the ute's speed at 79 km/h. A straight road, with no vehicles closely approaching.
