Approaching Royal Deer junction, Farnham, UK: 2 one-way streams of traffic turn down South Street and are suposed to merge after 20m. Not this driver, who seemed oblivious to the 'no cross' soid white lane marking and th epresence of a cyclist. If I'd not braked, it would have been a collision.
