Although the driver of the Golf did give enough space to overtake the 3 cyclists, the overtake is badly judged with an oncoming vehicle already visible.
Instead of aborting the overtake, the driver decides to continue before cutting in at the last minute narrowly avoiding the oncoming vehicle.
