Driver was using a phone at the time, so distracted did not think to pause until oncoming cars had passed to overtake. I think the driver was also above the 20mph speed limit here with many speed bumps and 'SLOW' signs. C'mon!!!

West Yorkshire Police are fantastic at responding to video submitted through https://www.saferroadsmediasubmissions.westyorkshire.police.uk/ . On this occasion they wouldn't pursue it, they must have their reasons so I'm able to upload it.
