Close pass by dark blue SUV in an intersection, near a school during peak school drop-off time (08:26am).
The first section of the video is from my front-mounted GoPro and second half is from my rear-mounted Cycliq, and you can see that there were definitely no other cars behind this blue SUV so there was no reason to not give the appropriate passing distance.
I will be making a Community Roadwatch report regarding this incident.
