The driver of the blue Opel Corsa tries to pass cyclists on this inner city bicycle route. In Germany, car drivers have to pass cyclists with 1,5 m clearance, which is not possible here. In addition to that, this route is a "Fahrradstraße" (bicycle street) where cars have the status of guests.
We talked to the driver at the next intersection. She was absolutely sure about her rights to pass.
The police and hopefully a judge will explain her...
