Travelling east along Whitehorse Road Balwyn. Stop behind Ford Territory at intersection with Union Road. Traffic lights change to red and I continue east in left lane . Maintain position on road as vehicle parked ahead Grey Audi XWD 806 does not move to right at all and passes me within 1 metre distance
