I was approaching a four way stop and felt the car behind me enter my space. I opted to roll the stop sign after concluding it was safe for me to do so in an attempt to ensure the car didn't have to wait for me. Instead, he also rolled the stop, stomped the gas and swerved around me nearly hitting an oncoming car in the process. Thanks to low light and high speeds, I didn't capture the rear plate number.
