Been through here a thousand times – but I day dreamed, caught the handlebars and was smacked sideways into the concrete wall. Lost a bit of skin on the concrete and wrenched my shoulder pretty nicely.

This is one of the stupidest and most useless bits of infrastructure in Sydney.

Poor road surface was the cause of this little tumble that caused the ride to be sent to the local hospital and later sent to Perth.

Heavy vehicles have cause the bitchumen to slope up to one side as they turn off the highway.

Here, I demonstrate the wrong way to get off a bicycle. Riding along Mounts Bay Road, doing 45 km/h when my chain fell off, causing me to lose balance, clip the kerb and crash. No major injuries, just scratches. Bike needs a mechanic.

Riding uphill out of Gosford, the front wheel stopped dead and I was thrown over the handlebars. Most likely a stick flicked into the spokes. If I’d had a Fly12 I would know for sure! No broken bones but a little banged up.

I was riding along the bike path on Mounts Bay Road in Perth and a cyclist on the path ahead hit the railing and fell into the river with his bike! We pulled him out of the water – he was ok 🙂
