Incident type: Solo

Rider turning in Round-About. Front wheel lost traction, due to slightly damp road and raising hand off front bar to waive to car driver. Low speed Low side crash. Rider and bike Okay – minor scrapes.

Just before I went into my last corner my rear tyre went flat

On and off torrential rainstorms made the road more oil-slick than I ever remember it being.  Only after reviewing the video did I realize that I probably struck the manhole cover digging into the turn.

travelling to work after a group ride and picked up a bit of glass on the path. this resulted in a slow leak that I only noticed as I cornered at an underpass. so I fell over as the tyre was deflated. damage to the elbow and knee.

Lost it going round a traffic circle

Coming out from a red light and did a normal turn but the road is slippery wet road

While riding hit a patch of ice and next thing my bike was on the ground.  I had to see the video myself.

Steep downhill slowing for sharp bend when I heard this behind me.
