Incident type: Solo

Riding along the West Columbia Riverwalk when this guy stops turns around and stares at me. Once I pass him he yells LETS RACE!! in a pretty aggressive manner.

While this is not typical – not a near miss / crash / close call… As I was riding, a group from a local cycling club demonstrated all the good things about cycling! They invited me to join.
The group was on a trip from Phila, PA to Cape May, NJ – to commemorate Hariet Tubman – in connection with a whole weekend in Cape May, NJ the Phila MTCC sponsored!

Tyre blew out unexpectedly, the noise was like a gun being fired, notice everyone turns their head at once! I’m not sure the video really captures how loud it really was.
