Incident type: Other crash

Took me a year to put this together, and it still gives me the chills watching this footage. Front wheel locks at almost 30mph. Knocked me unconscious for a good minute of so. Slowed for a narrow part of the shared bike path, but not quite enough to avoid a head-on accident! Nobody, or equipment, harmed!
