Incident type: Blocked bike path

They really didn’t think this through when deciding to put a bike lane here…

PARKS Enforcement truck with two staff members sitting in it was parked on Lincoln Road and obstructing bicycle traffic. This risk could have been easily mitigated by parking the truck properly — there were plenty of parking spaces available for them too so no reason for the bad parking!

Construction crews block both the bike lane and the sidewalk. There’s no suitable detour for this segment, and cyclists are forced to merge onto a high-traffic stroad.
