You are not a vehicle – get in the bike lane

Aggressive individual passed very close. I approached him as he stopped at the next red light and suggested that he should leave one meter clearance while passing a bicycle.

His advice back to me was that "you are not a car - ride in the bike lane"

I advised him that cyclists are able to ride on the road - he declined to accept my opinion.
