Walmart truck cutting off cyclist

I was traveling east on my bicycle on Judd Parkway in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, United States. There was a Walmart truck in the oncoming turn lane facing me. He was waiting for cars to go before turning left into the Walmart parking lot. As soon as the last car past me (red/burgundy car), and subsequently passed him, he turned left in front of me, disregarding me completely. I always make eye contact with drivers, and he clearly made eye contact back and chose to cut me off. I have emailed this video to Walmart and have not received a response (6 days ago).
