The langauge is a bit salty - probably needs a beep or two.

I was traveling south on Town Center Blvd in Odenton MD. It's a four-lane divided roadway in a residential neighborhood. The speed limit on this roadway is 35mph. It was bright and clear with good sightlines. I was dressed in bright contrasting colors with a blinking light on the rear of the bike.

I was in the right most travel line and to the right side of the lane as required by law. The driver of a black Chevrolet SUV, Maryland License Plate 1CS2586 was also going south and approached me from behind at high rate of speed. The left lane was empty. Instead of moving over to the empty left lane, the driver of the SUV decided to pass me aggressively at a high rate of speed coming within ~12 inches of me.
