Use your Mirrors

I came out of the junction from the hospital passing the car in question. I knew the driver had seen me at the junction when we stopped. After passing the lights I turned right and entered the cycle lane.
Approaching the next junction the car signalled late to turn left and turned cutting me off. I had to give a loud vocal warning. I question if the driver used their wing mirrors?!!!
