I was riding on Sea Island, GA (USA), a gated private community of lavish second homes, when this black Range Rover passed. There was plenty of room in the opposite lane and plenty of other vehicles had been very polite just seconds before. Also, the speed limit is 25 MPH and I was doing about 16-17, so I believe their speed was excessive.
