Unnecessary close pass

Unnecessary close pass, followed by an argument about riding in the bike lane. Driver slows down, rolls down window and when I told him he was too close, he says "there is a bike lane."

What he said is true, there IS a bike lane AND it is clearly marked on the road TWICE in the video clip including once immediately before the close pass!
