On Aug. 05, 2021 about 2:30pm I was bicycling north of Indianapolis, IN on 900W when I noticed a small golf cart on the shoulder on the other side of the road. At the same time, a silver pickup truck was coming straight at me from the opposite direction. Not staying on his side of the road but doing exactly the opposite, looks like it wants to run me off the road without slowing down or giving me any clearance but instead honking at me at the last minute.
