Southbound on County Road 128, just arriving into the town of Geyserville, CA, USA. A large, silver pickup truck (California license plate number either 99980A2 or 9998OA2) came within about 12-18 inches of my left elbow as he chose not to provide a 3-foot legally required passing margin. I was riding on the white line due to a lot of loose gravel on the should portion of the road.
