I think this is the only median on this entire stretch of road. Instead of slowing down for maybe 3 seconds to get past the median and then safely pass me, they elected to attempt to "thread the needle" between the median and myself. The wide angle of the video doesn't show it very well, but I could have probably touched the car with my hand it was so close. Driver could have chosen safer options.
