The driver came out of the side road in a hurry to beat the oncoming traffic. Either didn't see me or didn't care. I was already committed to the corner, all I could do was tighten the turn a bit.
The bumper brushed my leg.

Caution strong language in a loud voice.
At one stage I was shouting into his open window but he refused to acknowledge my presence.
