I know this silver/gray SUV (Jeep?) did NOT even look for oncoming traffic or they would have seen my very bright headlights. You can see the reflectors in the road as well as the street signs being illuminated by my lights. If I hadn't shouted I likely would have been hit. The fog is no excuse considering my low speed, bright lights, and rolling right through that stop sign. Sheer negligence.
