I noticed this car traveling faster than usual as I enter the roundabout but did not realize that he will fail to stop to give way. Last minute instinct kicked in to hit the brakes to avoid the collision. Driver is clearly distracted, either by the sun striking his vision or something else, and completely idiotic by failing to even slow down approaching the roundabout. Completely shaken about the whole incident and I'm really glad I still did my ride as it turned out a really good day for it.
