Seriously close deliberate dangerous pass

(Language Warning (sorry)) I saw a black ute reversing out onto the road ahead of me, then start reversing into the parking space. I saw the vehicles behind me so I indicated I was moving out a bit, but the driver didn't care. His left mirror went under my hand he was that close. After passing, he moved right into the lane, and raised his middle finger out the window.
