The Fiesta driver was acting like they were on a race track. It also has a front plate mounted at an angle so as to make it unreadable if you viewed it from the front right side & a rear number plate obscured by tint film or something similar. I reported this vehicle for dangerous undertaking and a close pass that occurred on April 7 2021 on the same stretch of road at about the same time so it would seem that the driver drives like this all the time.
