Ross Cop Almost Hits Cyclist In Intersection

The title says it all. I came to a brief stop at the T-intersection, clearly arriving at the stop sign before the police car approached, therefore I had the right of way to move through the intersection. I was well-lit--you can see my blinking lights reflecting off of the street signs.
