I've noticed this driver behaviour at this location for years. As drivers round the bend, they cut into the painted bike lane. I'm glad that other cycling infrastructure has been built providing options allowing riders to avoid this section (if they know about, or remember, this danger).
Second part of the video, with a truck close-passing on a bend with parked cars, is 700m further along the road.
