Most of the drivers wait for a good spot to pass, but this driver decided to pass closely(within 2ft) travelling above the speed limit of 15mph. The driver claimed he is a cyclist, but no cyclist would ever pass that close in a vehicle. He also asked what he was supposed to do. I said, WAIT, many times. The entire time of this interaction, he had no care for the blind corner he was coming around and the continued harassment of a vulnerable road user. At the tail end of my casual ride, the same driver was parked in a emergency use lane on Tiburon Blvd just before Blackie's Pasture.
