Rear view – Driver buzzes numerous cyclists

Cyclist moving about 35 mph, approximate speed limit. Car passed at high speed, cutting close to cyclist both front and back. About 15 cyclists in the group and he did the same to all - one larger bunch he also laid on the horn. For 2 cyclists he cut so close in front that he dropped his wheels off the right side of the road.
