This was a couple years ago. I saw recently someone turned it in as an Australia accident. I suffered and still do a c-6/c-7 fractured vertebra and severe bruising. Busted bike of course. The lady has her phone in her right hand as seen in the video. In Tennessee you only need to carry liability insurance of 25k. It is only 25 mph on that road. It was estimated she was doing 55mph
