Climbing a hill on a narrow country lane as I passed two parked cars a black Range Rover F11TEW passed me very closely, 2 minutes up the road the car was stopped outside a house with the driver chatting to a taxi driver. Reported to police but other than informing the driver a complaint had been made no action was taken.
