Poor driver judgement or inattention

I was indicating (by hand) clearly to turn right, ebike lights on brightest and Fly 12 light flashing, when the driver of this Mercedes decided he was in a hurry and had no consideration for other road users. I had to brake and turn right early than expected too avoid contact. Intend forwarding to police for possible action.
