Pointless dangerous pass & no MOT

The lights ahead were already red and the traffic was stopped but this stupid driver thought it was a good time to overtake and then cut back in early nearly hitting me. I felt sorry for the passenger because the driver sounded unhinged as they started shouting abuse at the top of their voice when I complained about them nearly hitting me. They obviously don't care about their own or their passengers safety as they haven't bothered to get an MOT so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised they don't care about vulnerable road users safety either.
