Yet another example of typical Lancashire 'if traffic is filling the other lane, I'll overtake the cyclist anyway, even if I have to remain well inside the left lane. The offender is driving an Escort vehicle for wide loads operated by West Lancs Caravans (https://maps.app.goo.gl/AtGu2JHjteGkqBH86). This attitude is encouraged by the Lancashire police policy of refusing to take any action against offenders no matter how closely they pass, and because this is how they drive themselves (see the report only a couple of hundred yards up the road from this one!). This report will also be ignored by this rather unpleasant anti-cyclist force. Time on the video is GMT.
