Not checking for cyclists whilst crossing a designated bike pathVan pulling out of carpark, crossing bike path without checking for cyclists. Particularly dangerous as the roads are wet and heading down hill so requiring larger braking distance. I will be making a community roadwatch report regarding this incident.
