Car turns left, from its point of view, to access a local Shop/Post Office. Quite rightly the vehicle didn't park on the double yellow lines, but instead parked across the road ; presumably so 'Karen' didn't have so far to walk! The driver even held up his hands in a 'what am I supposed to do' gesture. How about park somewhere more appropriate even if it means 'Karen' has to walk a few metres to the shop.
