BMW SUV driver performs a careless overtaking manoeuvre approaching junction, almost colliding with another oncoming driver making a left turn from a side street. An unnecessary overtake as the road immediately enters a holiday park zone equipped with many 20km/hr speed humps to restrict traffic speed. On the flipside, full credit to the driver for the textbook passing clearance given to the cyclist.
