Incoming truck

The truck driver tried to pass as we both entered a narrowing in the road due to a traffic island.
The police response was that they believe the close pass was cause "due largely to the fact that your actions of moving out into the west bound lane to impede the truck driver’s path have decreased the available distance to him. This action in its self, constitutes and offence".
