I must have an invisibility cloak?

Lovely sunny afternoon, great visibility all around, low traffic, my LED light working well and flashing facing forward - and still I remain invisible to this driver who turns out from the intersection straight into my path. I'm sure it was completely unintentional but for some reason, I knew this incident was going to happen and I started to swing out of his/her path early.
