I Edged The Asphalt for a Reason. This Coward Was CloseI could feel how close this vehicle was to me, so I moved to the edge of the pavement. After they passed, I raised my hand in a neutral, non offensive hand gesture and it was responded to with another hand gesture. I strongly suspect the close pass was intentional.
