18 May, 2024 - 1 year ago - on North Bayshore Drive The driver of the Honda was in the lane that was obstructed. Per Florida Statutes, she was required to stop and allow the oncoming traffic to pass before proceeding. But I guess a cyclist is unimportant, so why not almost force him off the road?.
