There are a lot of people walking around here, so this unnecessarily fast pass in an intersection put people at risk just trying to enjoy their own neighborhood. There was no reason this guy, and I could see it was a white guy driving through the open window, there was no reason to pass in an intersection like this except impatience. Someone is going to get hurt by this driver and it won't be an "accident", it will be from this willful negligence for other people's safety.
