Ford KA BU02AFV close passes cyclist then undertakes and cuts up other traffic

Ford KA driver doesn't care enough about the life of a cyclist to even move out of the lane to overtake.
They then show they don't care about anyone's safety by undertaking another vehicle and then cutting them up to overtake a lorry.
Reported to police but no idea of the outcome.
